Leading consulting group ValuStrat has announced the launch of a new division ‘Real Estate Transaction Advisory’ – a boutique business unit that will provide institutional clients bespoke buy-side and sell-side advisory for acquisition and disposition of real estate assets globally. The firm has been providing diverse consulting services across multiple sectors, including Strategic Advisory, Valuations, Research, Due Diligence and Industrial Consulting.
