Renaissance Services has appointed Issa Al Aufi as its new Chief People Officer. A seasoned human resource professional with over 15 years of experience in the field, Issa joined the company in March 2023.
Having held positions in companies across various sectors like oil and gas, aviation, real estate, FMCG and banking, Issa brings his capabilities in effectively managing complexities and challenges of organisations with large, diverse workforce across hierarchies. His expertise ranges from Labour Law, conflict resolution, change management, communication, compensation and rewards and relationship management among others.
A Bachelor of Accounting and Master of Business Administration from Sultan Qaboos University, Issa joins Renaissance from Ahli Bank and has previously held positions in Oman Refreshment Company, Saraya Bandar Jissah, Oman Airports Management Company, Oxy, PDO and the Ministry of Defence. He is also a visiting lecturer on HR related topics in various colleges in Oman.
